Patricia A. Hemingway Hall

Ms. Hemingway Hall currently serves as Chair of the Governance and Sustainability Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee. She is the retired CEO and President of Health Care Service Corporation, which operates Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, the fourth largest health insurance company in the United States, serving over 13 million members. Previously, she held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Internal Operations. She also serves as a director of Cardinal Health and Halliburton. Ms. Hemingway Hall has been named one of Crain's Chicago Business magazine's Top 25 Women to Watch and one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Health Care by Modern Healthcare Magazine.
